I was drawn to the way these three sheep hold themselves—close, but not crowded. There’s a gentle attentiveness in their alignment, as though each is aware not only of the others’ presence, but of their state of being. Sheep are deeply social animals, capable of recognizing individuals and remembering relationships over time. Their emotional lives are bound to the flock, yet each carries a distinct temperament.

What stays with me is the sense of shared calm. Nothing is demanded of them in this moment; they simply stand, together, grounded in familiarity. It feels like a quiet agreement—a reminder that connection doesn’t always need movement or sound to be felt.

  • All prints are individually produced to order by a master printer under my supervision using Epson archival pigment inks on museum-grade 300 gsm fine art paper by Hahnemuhle for exceptional longevity and richness.

    The size indicated is the image dimensions. They are printed with an additional 1” border all around. So, for example, a 12” x 18” print will be on 14” x 20” paper.

    All prints are sold unframed. They are hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
