RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at LauraBermanArt.com. Every print is produced with care and inspected before shipping. However, if something isn’t right, I want to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are printed or produced to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, you are absolutely covered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with print quality, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
A clear photo of the packaging (including the shipping label).
Once reviewed, I will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement print, shipped at no additional cost
A refund, where appropriate
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable shipping timeframe, please contact me and I will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, screen settings, and lighting conditions. For this reason, slight color variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing times vary by provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, or before production/shipping begins.
