Every order is prepared with care. Each fine art print is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.
8” x 10” prints are shipped in flat packaging.
All larger sizes are rolled around an outer tube and then placed in a long, square tube.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending upon quantity.
Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared before it ships.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typical delivery estimates are:
Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
International: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking
Tracking is provided whenever possible. If your order ships without tracking, you will still receive a shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
