These three stately geese lifted their heads at the same time and fixed their gaze straight ahead. Geese are sharp, socially aware birds, and it was immediately clear they were paying close attention—to whatever was happening, and to me.

Standing there, I definitely felt assessed. Not threatened, just measured, like I was being quietly decided upon. Photographing them felt a bit like waiting for a verdict, unsure whether I’d passed or not — and that made the moment both funny and oddly humbling.

  • All prints are individually produced to order by a master printer under my supervision using Epson archival pigment inks on museum-grade 300 gsm fine art paper by Hahnemuhle for exceptional longevity and richness.

    The size indicated is the image dimensions. They are printed with an additional 1” border all around. So, for example, a 12” x 18” print will be on 14” x 20” paper.

    All prints are sold unframed. They are hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
