While photographing these four lovely brown Tamworth pigs, I felt less like an observer and more like an intruder into a private conversation.

Pigs are remarkably intelligent and emotionally complex animals, and this group made that clear almost immediately. As I spent time with them, I noticed how often they checked in with one another—not just through touch, proximity, but with grunts and other sounds. Their closeness felt intentional, a small circle of familiarity and comfort.

  • All prints are individually produced to order by a master printer under my supervision using Epson archival pigment inks on museum-grade 300 gsm fine art paper by Hahnemuhle for exceptional longevity and richness.

    The size indicated is the image dimensions. They are printed with an additional 1” border all around. So, for example, a 12” x 18” print will be on 14” x 20” paper.

    All prints are sold unframed. They are hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
